Description of WRAPS Commitment:
1. Provide fee based Environmental Leadership Training (KELP) for selected applicants from across Kansas.
2. Upon request collaborate with the local WRAPS Team to plan a locally specific Watershed Environmental Leadership (WEL) training curriculum. The fee based WEL training would be conducted in the WRAPS project watershed.
