The watershed takees in portions of Coffey, Lyon, Osage and Wabanusee Counties. Runs from the town of Melvern below the dam at U.S. Highway 75 to the outskirts of Eskridge in Wabaunsee County

Melvern Lake; Upper Marais des Cygne River; Elm Creek; 142-Mile Creek; Duck Creek; Hill Creek; Chicken Creek; Locust Creek; Onion Creek; and Log Chain Creek.
