Organization Narrative
The purpose of this organization is to provide WRAPS coordination to WRAPS groups looking for competent leadership in the western half of Kansas. Services include leadership, coordination, and planning for the WRAPS process from development through implementation phases.

Education I can provide assistance with WRAPS formation and development activities, including but not limited to: town meetings, assessment, preparation of educational materials such as publications and presentations, raising awareness, field days, projects, tours, water festivals, and other activities.
